To complete the circular economy of producing ethanol for sustainable production process while protecting the environment, the by-product from ethanol production process (vinasse/spent wash) is processed into potassium ("kalium") fertilizer and organic fertilizer under the trademark "Sinar Matahari". The organic fertilizer is sold to farmers through government agencies wtihout profit as part of Molindo's corporate social responsibility.
